We had a wonderful experience with Laurie.  We could not have been happier with our real estate experience.  Selling a home is stressful.  Laurie took care of everything, arranged the showings, provided prompt feedback, coordinated staging, assisted with inspection issues and got the property closed for asking price, just as planned.  We could not have done it without her and her teams expertise.  We would absolutely recommend Laurie and we would use her again!

You can completely trust Laurie.

Laurie is an amazing real estate agent and I highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling their properties. It is very hard to find an agent who you can trust nowadays, but you can completely trust Laurie. She worked very hard to find the best buyer for our three properties, as well as sellers when we were buying our two properties.

I feel as though I gained a friend.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We’ve used Laurie to sell our home and buy a new one.  She helped us explore new builds and existing homes. She was extremely patient and never made us feel pressured into a purchase or sale! She is such a caring realtor! When it came time to sell my mother-in-law’s home, there was no question on who to call! She helped us identify repairs to be done prior to listing so we could maximize the value of the home. She kept checking the market for changes, got us listed, hosted an open house, and negotiated a great deal on that house.  Laurie has always explained everything in a very understandable manor and provided amazing advice of things I didn’t even think of!

She’s always treated us like family.

A great realtor can make a good friend, and after these experiences, I feel as though I gained a friend in the deal!

I moved here from out of state not knowing much about the area. Laurie asked me the right questions in order to get to know me and my family.
